Candidates who join typically receive a significant increase in total compensation (often 50% or more), allowing greater financial flexibility for personal goals such as home ownership, travel, or long-term savings.

*If you do not live or want to relocate to one of these locations, you can still join the firm by traveling 100% of the time. The firm pays an additional 30% bonus for candidates willing to travel and cover their living expenses and flights home to see friends & family. This is a great way to see what it’s like to live in a different city without fully committing to relocation.

Not near one of the 20 markets or prefer not to relocate? You can still join the firm by opting for a 100% travel role. The firm provides an additional 30% bonus for professionals who choose this option, covers all living expenses, and funds regular flights home. This approach allows you to experience life in different cities without committing to permanent relocation, offering great flexibility and the chance to explore new locations.

FAQ

Do I get any choice in the engagements I’m placed on?

Yes – as you are completing your current engagement you will be shown various projects in the pipeline. You’ll be asked to rate your top choices out of the group and the firm will do the best they can to put you on one of those projects.

How is my performance
rated?

Performance is rated based on client feedback and manager performance reviews. Past history of solid performance is taken into account. 95-97% of associates are rated highly.

Is this similar to temp staffing?

No. This is professional consulting and there’s a huge difference. Candidates coming from CPA firms are sometimes confused by the nature of professional consulting firms. Unlike CPA firms, the business is not cyclical with yearly repetition (ie year-end busy season work, quarterly work, etc). You’ll always be on unique assignments with different team sizes depending on the client’s needs. Consulting bill rates are very high as the clients trust the firm due to their talent and unique service. Temps are generally billed at a lower rate to do less impactful work.
